Quick response to request for an estimate. Quote describing scope of work was appropriate and cost was reasonable. Competing quotes were both higher and lower. Crew arrived on time, did work expected and cleaned up good. I will use them again if needed.

Will update again once work is complete but I feel like it will be a 5. Updating to 5 stars. Once they got back a hold of me everything went smoothly, customer service was great and the solution I received looks good.

D. Thomas Roofing Co was the best experience I have had thus far as a new homeowner. They were affordable and took extra precaution to my specific needs in a roof. I feel that they are one of the few ethical roofing companies around here. They were very fast to schedule me in and were in and out so fast! The crew did an amazing job, they made sure my AC unit was covered and protected which was greatly appreciated as we had just replaced the unit last year, and afterwards they made sure they cleaned up everything which was wonderful as I had many pets and four children.
